Maintenance Requests

PropertyBoss is the only way our office accepts maintenance requests. Please do not call unless you are experiencing a maintenance emergency.

When you submit a maintenance request, please note whether a vendor can pick up a key from our office or if you would like them to schedule an appointment with you.

Maintenance requests are dispatched during our normal business hours.

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency please call 912-764-1130 and leave a detailed voicemail. You can also contact us about maintenance emergencies at spms@spmsstatesboro.com

The following are considered maintenance emergencies: water heater issues; active water leaks; roof leaks; HVAC issues.

For fire, please call 911.

Please note that getting locked out of your unit is not considered a maintenance emergency. You will need to call a locksmith.
