We track your financials and reports to you monthly through our secure, advanced and fully automated web-based accounting system. With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment.

On an annual basis, you will also receive the following:
- Tax statements and 1099s
- Annual summary owner statement
Monthly Owner Statement and Payment Processing:
- Owners can normally expect payment between the 6th and 10th of each month, however, depending on if we are still trying to collect from tenants, or other non-typical problems arise, it could be as late as the 15th.
- Owners can elect to receive a check in the mail or receive direct deposit payments.
- Owners will receive a statement outlining all income and expenses, along with copies of invoices.
- Our commission rate is 10% of all rent and 50% of all late fees collected.
