SPMS Statesboro/Southern Property Management Services Inc will send informational messages, including reminders, updates, appointment confirmations, requests, announcements, alerts, important news, and information related to a lease and/or rental property.
Message frequency varies, but users will typically receive up to 5 messages monthly. SPMS Statesboro reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages.
SPMS Statesboro and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition for any purchase, receipt of services or for you to lease with the Company. You can opt-out of receiving further text messages via the Text Messaging Service by responding to any of our text messages with any of the following replies: “STOP” or “CANCEL”.
Sale of Data
If you consent to receive text messages from us, we will not sell Personal Information collected specifically in connection with such Text Messaging Service, including your mobile telephone number or consent data, to any third party, and we will not share such Personal Information with any third party for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.
